A 72-year-old woman who was reported missing in Newton, Massachusetts, was found safely Tuesday morning following an hours-long search, police said. Deborah Chang had been reported missing after she left her home Monday afternoon for a walk and did not return. She was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on Theodore Road. A family is asking the driver involved in a deadly Miami-Dade hit-and-run to come forward after a 10-year-old girl was killed and her brother was seriously injured while the siblings were riding an electric bicycle. The crash happened Wednesday evening near Northwest 117th Street and Northwest 7th Avenue.
