A traffic stop in North Vernon on Sunday led to the arrest of a 32-year-old local man on multiple preliminary drug and other charges, according to police. The North Vernon Police Department said Officer Jessiah Watts stopped a vehicle in the 00 block of N. State Street on Aug. 30.
