Southbound Highway 99 near Lodi reopened Wednesday night after a four-vehicle crash that killed one person and closed the freeway for nearly 10 hours. Uniontown, Pa. — A Brownsville man is facing kidnapping and assault charges after authorities say he broke into his former girlfriend’s Uniontown home and held her, her grandmother and her young child against their will for several days. Tylar Greenough, 30, was charged Monday in connection with the alleged incident. The charges include aggravated assault, kidnapping to inflict injury or terror, burglary, unlawful restraint causing serious injury and terroristic threats. According to investigators, Greenough allegedly entered the home on Lincoln Street through a second-story window using a ladder. Three people who had been missing since a weekend boating collision in Greene County have been recovered from the Monongahela River, authorities said Wednesday. The three were identified by the Greene County Coroner’s Office as 57-year-old Brian Selvoski, 56-year-old Racquelle Rockwell and 58-year-old Eric Rockwell. Rockwell and Rockwell were from Scenery Hill, while Selvoski was from Bentleyville. The cause of death remains under investigation.
