A pedestrian was seriously injured after being involved in a vehicle crash Monday evening in El Paso’s Lower Valley, according to the El Paso Fire Department.
The crash happened Sept. 28 near the intersection of Socorro Road and Americas. Emergency crews were called to the area after a person was found lying in the roadway.
The injured person was taken to a hospital for treatment. Officials described the injuries as serious, though additional details about the person’s condition were not immediately available.
