Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 34-year-old Ryan Matthew Rodriguez, who has been missing from Covina since the evening of Aug. 21.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit is investigating Rodriguez’s disappearance and has classified the case as involving an at-risk missing person. A recent department alert continued to ask the public for information that could help locate him.
Rodriguez was last seen at about 9:35 p.m. on Aug. 21 in the 16700 block of Groverdale Street in Covina. Authorities have not indicated where he may have been headed when he was last seen.
According to information released by the sheriff’s department, Rodriguez is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair, which he typically wears in a ponytail.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, green cargo shorts and carrying a tan backpack.
His loved ones remain concerned about his well-being, and investigators are asking anyone who may have seen Rodriguez or knows anything about his whereabouts to come forward.
