Waverly High School is having a pep rally on Friday, February 11, to show our appreciation for our basketball boys and as a precursor to Senior Night, which will take place during the basketball game on the eleventh. Plus, everyone in the area is looking forward to watching the Bengals’ performance in the Super Bowl this Sunday, which adds to the hype of the pep rally.

During the pep rally, students and staff can expect lots of fun games with crowd involvement, and the cheerleaders will show off a new halftime dance, which includes songs that will be played during the halftime show at the Super Bowl.

The pep rally will begin at 1:30 in the afternoon, during seventh period, most likely taking up the rest of the school day.
