Spring is in the air and so is High School graduation.

Waverly, Ohio, class of 2023 is due to graduate on Sunday, May 28th. Waverly students at the high school and CTC who paid their full amount owed for the graduation items received them on February 13th. Seniors have been told that if they are wearing heels then they should add the height of the heel to the height of the gown when they order(ed)
