Haunted House Have-to-go’s

Sam Walsh, writer

Well everybody, it’s October now, yes the month of spiders, skeletons, and everything scary.  Many people enjoy going to parties, or trick or treating during this time of the year, yet one of the most critical pieces to this Halloween pie is the classic haunted house.  Haunted houses got their unlikely start from none other than Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum in London.  The famous museum made a section called the “Chamber of Horrors” in which it displayed decaptitated figures from the French Revolution.  It was from this unlikely start that haunted houses became a crucial part of our Halloween traditions.  Without further ado I present to you five haunted houses that you should visit this October.
